HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING WEDDINGS AND HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU SHOT?
We first shot the wedding back in 2018, ever since then, we've shot more than 200+ weddings
across Dubai, Kenya, Abu Dhabi, Switzerland, Turkey, Jordan, Bali, Nepal, Jammu & Kashmir,
Mussoorie, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Kochi, Bangalore,
Hyderabad, Chennai and many more cities., and looking forward to being part of yours!
ARE THE PRICES NEGOTIABLE? WHY ARE CANDID PHOTOGRAPHY / CINEMATOGRAPHY SO EXPENSIVE?
We try our best to fit in your pricing packages, but photographing and making film is a
difficult and expensive activity and we do not like compromising on our equipment or talent!
If our prices are out of your budget, we can figure out a smaller package that will work for you
and us; negotiating is not something we do because we believe that skill and hard work
needs to be valued. We request you to understand that because we do not compromise on
the amount of effort we put in, we are in no position to compromise on the payment. Creating
memories that are meant to last a lifetime – what your wedding day looked like and more
importantly, felt like is not a trivial task. To put it simply, only well-captured images help you
recollect emotions. Money spent on decor, dresses, and event management is unlikely to be
remembered as well as they should be if all of it is not tastefully photographed. The only thing
that you get to keep are the memories of the day in the form of pictures and video. So,
wedding photography should be the last place where you should compromise.
WHAT ALL DO YOU COVER?
Bride & Groom getting ready for Wedding, Portraits of Bride & Groom. The main focus will be
on the Bride, Groom and their immediate family members and close friends/relatives who are
actively participating in the celebrations, While we will definitely capture the light moments
between the guests, we cannot warrant for 100% guest coverage. We only do candid style
photography & Films which does not include food eating shots, stage group shots (other than
important & close family members), or Room Pujas which Studio photographers offer in the
market, hence for any request made to do so would be respectfully turned down and we
recommend you to hire a Traditional Photographer or Videographer locally if needed.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Our charges start from INR 3,00,000 INR onward for a day of Wedding Candid Photo &
Cinematography. Our charges for Pre-Wedding Shoots starts from INR 45,000. The fees are
dependent on the type and duration of the shoot. Drop us a message & let us know
the location, the type and duration of the event(s) and we can send you an estimate.
HOW MANY TEAM MEMBERS DO YOU TRAVEL WITH? CAN REDUCING THE TEAM SIZE REDUCE THE COST?
We strive hard for quality and not quantity. Usually, for a mid-sized wedding, we have a team
of 4-5 people. This is the minimum number of teams we require to deliver the quality of
images and video that we guarantee, so reducing the team size will only serve to reduce the
quality of photos and the content. Rest we can still personally decide the number of people
needed.
DO YOU GUYS TRAVEL? DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR OUTSTATION ASSIGNMENTS?
Travel & Accommodation: For all assignments outside Mumbai & Pune, visa, travel and
accommodation will be borne by the clients. Airways will be the default mode of transport for
all outstation assignments. It is recommended that the whole team is accommodated at the
main venue.
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR EVENT EXCEEDS THE NUMBER OF HOURS INCLUDED IN OUR PACKAGE?
If we shoot for more than the allotted number of hours in the package purchased, the
charges for the extra hours will be added to the final bill. When we are shooting the events in
a flow, we may not be keeping track of the hours we have shot already. (We usually calculate
this according to the date/time stamp, once we download the photographs into the system)
Hence, we would not be able to inform you in the middle of the events when we have crossed
the number of hours discussed. We request you to consider some buffer hours when you
choose our packages so that our work is not rushed and we are able to cover the event in full.
DO YOU DO BOTH SIDE WEDDINGS? WHAT IF OUR IN LAWS WANT TO BOOK OTHER TEAM?
We Don't pick sides! All we see is a Wedding to be captured. In Fact we highly recommend
hiring just one team to shoot both the groom's and the bride's family. It's an absolute waste of
resources to have two separate teams to do the same things. When we cover a wedding, we
are shooting your story from a certain perspective that reflects in our style of working. Hiring
two teams can cause a clash of ideas, sharing the space and time needed for the couple's
portrait photo-shoot with them. We do not like to restrict our creativity by choosing sides.
Being the only team gives us more freedom and creative space to capture amazing
photographs for you.
DO YOU SHOOT GROUP PICTURES?
Yes We do click group pictures for your immediate family, relatives or close friends, but for
traditional stage group/family pictures of all the guests are largely out of scope for us. Due to
logical constraints, we would not be covering all the guests. Hence, we tend to focus on a
select few who are actively involved in the wedding and take their candid shots. We do this to
ensure that our time is used effectively and that we take creative shots rather than repetitive
ones. If you want photographs and video of groups on the stage, we would recommend
traditional photographers and videographers
CAN WE ALSO HAVE ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS / CINEMATOGRAPHERS ALONG WITH UNTOLD STORIES?
Absolutely NOT. You are paying us big bucks to do the job. Save money and hire only one
team. The other advantage of this is that we will get unobstructed visuals without badly
dressed / mis-behaved and arrogant local photographers jumping into our frames and
ruining the candid film moments. We request you to please inform your vendors / relatives
about this essential clause. In past cases we have encountered other teams suddenly turning
up at the venue without the client’s knowledge and such teams have spoiled the quality of
our work.
CAN WE COME AND SEE THE RAW FOOTAGE AND SELECT OUR SHOTS?
We shoot thousands and thousands of film clips from multiple cameras and sometimes the
total duration of these RAW clips exceeds 50-60 hours of footage for a typical three-day
wedding. At the studio, these clips undergo careful conversion and screening, and a battery
of editors work night and day to create a first cut of the best clips for the chief editor. This
process is almost factory-like with editor stations brimming with activity through odd hours.
Client interference at this stage will not only delay the final edit by double but also disrupt the
Zen-like concentration of the editors going through the footage in their own space and time.
So, no, we do not allow clients to sit through RAW footage selection. This is the reason we have
one round of edit changes. In case the couple is not happy with some footage he/she can
communicate this after the first screening of their film and the changes will be done.
WHAT IF I WANT SOME CHANGES TO BE MADE TO MY WEDDING TRAILER/FILM?
Two rounds of changes in the Trailer & One round of change in Full Film means that once the
couple sees the film for the first time, they can add / delete some clips as per their liking.
Some close relatives whose footage is unintentionally missed by the editors can be added in
this round. Any other minor changes can also be corrected. But please note that major
changes may not be possible or charged extra at 15,000/Edit for changes not included in the
previous rounds. Examples of major changes are addition of an event / events, Multiple
Changes in music track, Replacement of more than ten clips of friends / relatives etc. We
usually do not allow changes unless and until there is something that needs to be done, for
example missing out on your close people or if there is something that is irrelevant to your
wedding. Rest we believe that the end result is something that we are paid for as an artist,
getting to many changes and directing it with a different perspective or taste may end up on
something that may differ on what we commit.
HOW MANY TOTAL IMAGES SHOULD WE EXPECT AND HOW ARE THE IMAGES SELECTED AND DELIVERED?
Ideally, there is no limit to the number of images shot. But as far as the delivery is concerned,
we understand that in this age of information overload, clients prefer quality over quantity.
After the event, our image editors go through each and every image and eliminate the
duplicate / out-of-focus shots. Then they process every selected image and once all the
images are processed, they are systematically segregated and uploaded online into
event-wise folders. This online Cloud-based space link is shared with you within the said
timeline. We also post this link on the common WhatsApp group so that all friends and family
can see and cherish the images instantly. Apart from the online upload, all these images are
also stored in your provided main hard drive which is delivered to you once all the images /
films are ready.
DO YOU EDIT THE PHOTOS? HOW MUCH EDITING IS INVOLVED?
All post production on photos is limited to colour correction and enhancement to match the
standard set by our studio on all our online portfolios. We do not offer or recommend
extensive manipulation to photographs that include weight reduction, extensive skin
correction, chin reduction or any other photo liquify requests. We do a mix of colour and B&W.

HOW SOON WILL I GET THE PHOTOS & VIDEOS OR ALBUM? WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY OF ALL DELIVERABLES?
As per the contract we deliver everything within 30 to 90 days after the wedding. This means
the simpler things like images are delivered within 30 days after the wedding and the full films
could take about 60-90 days depending on the season workload.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY IS DELAYED BY UNTOLD STORIES?
It is rare that the delivery of the film is delayed beyond said time. But it is possible that the
director of film / director of the company is unhappy with some portions of the film and
requests for a re-edit - in which case a delay might happen. All we can say is that it is for the
benefit of the film and the client. Most great cinema blockbusters have been delayed but
have turned out better due to the re-edit. So it is all in good spirit. We apologize for the
inconvenience (should a delay happen) but assure you that we will not release anything that
we don't absolutely adore. So please be patient and give us time to work our magic.
IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO SET ASIDE AN HOUR OR SO ON THE WEDDING DAY FOR OUR COUPLE PORTRAITS?
Most definitely! More than anything else, this will ensure that you get the images that you
want. Photography, apart from being an essential part of a wedding celebration, is an art. To
create art, time is the essence and things cannot be rushed. To get the most gorgeous bridal
and couple portraits, the more time you can give us, the better they’ll be.
WILL YOU UPLOAD OUR IMAGES / VIDEOS ONLINE? CAN I REQUEST YOU NOT TO?
We will post our images / videos online on social media sites and our website, and we may
even submit these images for certain magazine articles and competitions. Rest assured,
these images will not be used for commercial purposes, only for promoting our work. If you
don’t want us to publish your content on our site, this has to be specified at the time of
signing the contract. We charge an additional 20% of the final package amount because we
get more work only when we showcase our existing work. This is non-negotiable. If we were
not able to do so, you, as a prospective client, would not have been able to find and hire us. It
is only fair that all the other prospective clients are also able to see the good work that we do
at your wedding.

COUPLE SESSION FAQs
DO YOU SUGGEST US THE LOCATIONS? OR WE NEED TO FIND ON OUR OWN? HOW DO WE START?
We do not like to stress you over choosing the location, we sometimes send you a couple of
locations and then we mutually agree upon. We send you a questionnaire where we get the
idea of what kind of locations you like. What was the first-place you guys met? or if there is
any place special for you guys? based on the details we start sending you location ideas.
DO YOU SUGGEST US ON WHAT TO WEAR?
Our very first advice to couples is to wear what makes you comfortable, there is no better
clothing than what you like, rather than wearing the long lengthy gown for the first time and
not being comfortable around the camera. Pre wedding shots are not about the dreamy
location and the heavy costumes, it's all about you guys and your chemistry on camera. We
never emphasise on costumes and rather focus on how to make you guys comfortable, and
CLOTHING is the first key of comfort.
DO YOU GUYS TRAVEL? DOES THE PACKAGE CHANGES FOR OUTDOORS?
We do travel wherever your fairy tale exists. The package remains the same all over the world,
however you will have to take us there and give us a place to rest. For shoots outside Mumbai
& Pune, you will have to take care of Travel, Accommodation & VISA Fees if any or we will
charge you for the actuals.
IS THE SHOOTING TIME IMPORTANT ? WHAT IS WE ARRIVE LATE ? WILL IT BE COMPENSATED BY SHOOTING EXTRA HOURS?
We try to shoot at some specific hours, for example in the morning session we try to shoot by
the first light for next two or three hours depending on how harsh the light gets. Similarly in the
evening session we shoot at the golden hours to avoid use of any artificial lights which might
make the photo look manipulated. We always try to be disciplined considering this time slot
and we expect you to be the same. As missing on this time might affect the quality as well as
the quantity of the photos. Also we cannot compensate or compromise the time by shooting
in some additional hours, so we would always recommend not to be late.
